Which model does Nepal's constitutional design follow?

Constitutionalism is the idea that government must be limited — that state power, however necessary, is also dangerous, and must be confined, distributed and held accountable so that it serves rather than devours the liberty of the people. A constitution describes the state; constitutionalism disciplines it. The oldest formulation is Aristotle's contrast: a government is a polity (constitutional government) when the rulers govern according to law and for the common good, and a despotism when they govern according to their arbitrary will. The modern formulation in one line: constitutionalism = limited government under law, responsible to the people. Two consequences that carry the examination: The constitution/constitutionalism distinction (the exam's central point): every state has a constitution, but not every state enjoys constitutionalism. The Soviet Constitution of 1936 granted a glittering catalogue of rights on paper while the terror raged in fact.
