5.4 Obligations of the Seller

Delivery — the goods, at the time and place agreed (the Convention's defaults: the reasonable time; the seller's place); The documents — their handover (the B/L of Unit 4's world); Conformity — the quality, quantity and description: the contract's terms; the ordinary purpose's fitness; the sample's match; the packaging's adequacy; The third-party claims' freedom — the title's quiet: the buyer's possession not disturbed by any rightful third-party claim (the IP warranty included).
