The moot court — the file and the argument: the campus-assigned case prepared through all its documents, culminating in the moot file's submission and the oral round; The pre-trial/hearing preparation — the client interview (the facts' gathering — the professional's first meeting) and the hearing's rehearsals (the documents', witnesses' and authorities' mastery — Unit 5); The participation in trial proceedings — the real or simulated court's observation and participation: the proceedings' live experience, the trial's stages known from the inside (Unit 6).
