The anatomy (drafting template): The cause-title — the court's name; the parties' full details (the plaintiff's name, age, occupation, address; the defendant's like details — the jurisdiction's hook); The facts' paragraphs — numbered, chronological, material facts only (the evidence is not pleaded; the law is not argued — the pleading's discipline); The cause of action — when and where the injury arose (the limitation's bridge); The valuation and the court fee — the claim's valuation; the fee's payment; The relief's prayer — the specific asks, main and alternative (the court grants what is prayed — the relief's limit); The verification — the plaintiff's signature-and-date: the contents true and correct to knowledge; The list of documents (the annex set — the PLA-type inventory). Craft rules: one fact per paragraph; the dates exact; the prayer specific ("Rs. 500,000 with interest" not "justice"); the verification signed on every page.
