The first principle: the equal moral-and-legal worth of all persons — the Constitution's Article 18 (the equality-before-law-and-the equal-protection); the equality's dimensions: formal (the law's equal application), substantive (the outcomes' fairness), transformative (the structures' correction); the equality's craft pairs: the like-cases-alike discipline + the special provisions' legitimacy (Art 18(3): the positive discrimination's constitutional authorisation — the women's- and-excluded-groups' special provisions as equality's fulfillment, not violation); the family's equality (the marriage's equal parties — the CEDAW Art 16's face).
