7 Termination of Adoption

1. By the parties' consent-and-court's sanction (the defined mutual-termination in the child's interest — rare, safeguarded); 2. By the child's attainder-of-choice (the adoptee's statutory-age option in the defined patterns); 3. For the adoptive parents' failure (the abuse-and-neglect termination — the child's removal- and-alternate care; the Children's Act machinery); 4. The consequences: the status' unraveling-and-re-establishment (the birth-family restoration or the state care; the property consequences' accounting).
