The implementation's spectrum (the exam's ladder): (1) the obstruction-and-defensive approach (the CSR-as-nuisance: the minimal-compliance-and-lobbying-against); (2) the compliance approach (the legal-floor's CSR: the "do-no-harm-beyond-the-statute"); (3) the philanthropic approach (the cheque-and-photograph CSR: the charity without the operations' change); (4) the strategic approach (Porter-and-Kramer's shared-value's name: the CSR-as- business — the society's-needs-and-the-company's-profit alignment); (5) the integrated-and- sustainability approach (the CSR-as-the-company's-identity: the stakeholder-and-ESG architecture); and the implementation's tools (the policies-and-committees; the budgets'-and-KPIs; the partnerships'-and-reporting; the SDG's-alignment faces).
