Nepali illustration (memorise): the Domestic Violence Act 2066 is jurisprudence (a reform instrument); the findings that most survivors never report, and that cases collapse under reconciliation pressure, are sociology of law; an effective policy needs both halves. (Pound himself crossed the line in both directions — which is exactly why the syllabus places him in a unit titled "Sociology of Law.")
