The PM: the executive's real head — chairs the CoM (76(1)); the President's channel of communication (66(2), 81: the PM informs the President of CoM decisions, bills, and the country's situation); the Assembly's leader; ceases by resignation, failed confidence/no- confidence (per Article 100), loss of HoR membership, death (77(1)); the caretaker convention (77(3): the CoM continues until the successor — the senior-most minister acting if the PM dies);2.
