Discuss (b) Kitchen separation

Partition (ansha-vanda) is the division of joint-family property among the coparceners — the joint family's property-unity dissolved into individual shares; the family's legal separation in the property dimension (the kitchen's separation — Section 6 — as its social face). Partition's double act: (i) the severance — the joint status ended between the separating members; (ii) theallotment — the shares fixed (by agreement or court decree) and the property divided (physically, by value, or by alternating/graded division — the Nepali practice's chutthariya patterns). What partition is NOT: not the destruction of ownership (the shares crystallize; the family continues personally), not a transfer (the coparcener's share is born, not bought — the no- consideration logic that distinguishes partition from sale — the registration-and-tax consequences following).
