4.11 Alteration of Share Capital

The increase or re-arrangement of authorised capital: the MOA's alteration by the prescribed resolution (the authorised ceiling's raise); the sub-division (the share's split — nominal value lowered, count raised); the consolidation (the reverse — shares merged); the cancellation of unsubscribed shares (the authorised capital's surrender). The procedure: the constitutional resolution, the OCR registration, the register's amendments — alteration within the Act's forms (not a "reduction" — 4.12's heavier route).
