2.4 Class Meeting

The class-rights' separate parliament: where the company's shares are divided into classes (the preference-and-ordinary; the founder-and-employee classes), the class's separate meeting for theclass-rights' variation (the consent's class-majority — the class's own democracy protecting its special rights); the class meeting's procedure (the general meeting's machinery applied to the class's register); and the minority-within-the-class protection (the variation's challenge where the majority abuses — Unit 4's oppression's inner face).
