The civilian objects: the objects not military objectives (the homes, the schools, the hospitals, the places of worship, the infrastructure's civilian faces); the attacks' immunity; the special protections (the medical units-and-transport; the cultural property of 3.9; the objects- indispensable-to-survival — the water-and-food faces of U4.2.3; the works-and-installations- containing-dangerous forces — the dams-and-nuclear plants).
