The National Information Commission (NIC) — the transparency's commission (the Right to Information Act 2064's creation): the information-rights' guardian — the RTI regime's oversight (the public bodies' duties; the information-officers; the proactive-disclosure lists); the appeals-and- complaints (the denied-request's appeal; the non-compliance's action); the promotion (the citizens' information-literacy; the bodies' capacity); the annual reports (the transparency's record).
