• Revision — the higher court's power to examine a lower decision's legality where no regular appeal was available or taken.• Review — the same court re-examining its own decision on limited grounds, such as an error apparent on the record or new matter discovered; the Constitution expressly lists review among the Supreme Court's jurisdictions (Article 133(4)).• Execution (sankalana) — the winning party's machinery to enforce the final judgment; covered with drafting in Unit 5.
