2.4 Liability for Unauthorized Entry and Compensation

The wrong: the entry onto another's land-or-house without permission-or-law (the trespass's Nepali face) — including the remaining-on after the permission's end, and the forceful obstruction of the owner's use. The liability: the compensation for the entry's harm (the damage caused, the enjoyment's loss) — and the restoration faces (the entry's cessation; the property's return — Unit 6's restitution). The defences' faces: the lawful authority (the officer's legal entry); the consent; the necessity's entry (the emergency's lesser harm); the entry by the license's term.
