Inclusive justice = the justice system's-and-society's openness to ALL the groups — the historically-excluded's full participation: the identity-based exclusions (the gender, the caste, the ethnicity, the language, the religion, the disability, the age, the sexual orientation-and-gender identity) corrected; the diversity's embrace as the democracy's essence. The nature: (i) a participation project (the voice-and-representation — the "nothing about us without us"
principle); (ii) a recognition project (the identities' dignity — the misrecognition's harm corrected); (iii) a redistribution project (the material disadvantages' correction — the class- caste-gender intersections); (iv) a constitutional project (Nepal's own invention-face: the 2015 Constitution's inclusive architecture — the proportional representation, the inclusion's directive principles, the reserved seats). The scope: the state's institutions (the parliament's-and-civil- service's inclusion — the quotas' machinery); the justice system's access (the language, the cost, the procedure — the access-to-justice faces); the economic sphere (the employment-education opportunities); the social life (the discrimination's prohibition — the untouchability's abolition); the cultural sphere (the languages'-and-cultures' recognition).
