3.2 Right to Non-Discrimination

The equality's prohibition face: no exclusion-restriction-or-preference on the prohibited grounds (the sex-gender-caste-ethnicity-language-religion-disability-age-orientation faces); the discrimination's forms: direct (the express distinction) + indirect (the neutral rule's unequal effect — the "pregnant-person" rules' classic); the intersectionality's craft (the multiple-grounds' compounding: the Dalit-woman's double disadvantage — the categories' interaction); the non- discrimination's reach: the public AND the private spheres (the family's-and-market's discrimination — the DEVAW's private-violence face).
