The case-answer's craft: the IRAC discipline — the Issue (which corporate-law doctrine: the personality? the veil? the registrar's power? the bank's liability?), the Rule (the Companies Act 2063's provision or the doctrine), the Application (the court's reasoning on the corporate form's boundaries), the Conclusion (the holding + the doctrine's place in Units 1-9).
