Take the following and rewrite it to the standard set out above, keeping the legal effect identical: "It is hereby provided that in the event of the failure of the party of the second part to make payment of the amount hereinbefore specified within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the receipt of the notice, the party of the first part shall be at liberty to terminate the agreement forthwith."
