The settlement's latest window: even at execution, the parties may compromise — payment schedules, partial satisfaction, the property's division by agreement, the withdrawal of execution on performance. Recorded before the court, the compromise becomes part of the decree's satisfaction story (and a new decree where new terms are created — the Mediation Act 2068's settlement-decree logic applied at the enforcement stage). The court's role: record, verify voluntariness (the coercion-police function), and adapt the execution's orders to the settlement's terms.
