For year 2078,Tribhuwan University took entrance exam on Magh 29, 2078. Then it published the result on Chaitra 6, 2078. Among the applicants,1545 students got above 40 marks .But only 280 seats are available in the Tribhuwan University and among them 56 students will be of quota where each college should separate for Women,Madhesi,Dalit,Disabled,Backward Region,Muslim,Tharu,TU Staff and others.So we can say that only 224 students from open can study BA.LL.B Course of Tribhuwan University in different 3 colleges .They are Nepal Law Campua,National Law College and Prithivi Narayan Campus. Nepal Law Campus and National Law College can take upto 105 105 each students in a year and located in Kathmandu whereas Prithivi Narayan Campus can take upto 70 Students only and located at Pokhara .
After publishment of result by Tribhuwan University,3 colleges have asked for application to be listed in the merit list and deadline is for Chaitra 30.Then after Chaitra 30,all the 3 colleges will publish the First Merit List who are eligible to get admission on Baishakh 4.
Question may be raised,who can fill the form?
So all the students who have name in their pass list will be eligible to fill the form on any college they want but the colleges will publish the Admission List of only those who are in the merit list of Tribhuwan University.
On record of 2077,Students upto the rank of 190 got chance to get admission on first merit list at National Law College.
Similarly,Students upto the rank of 237 got chance to get admission on first merit list at Prithvi Narayan College.
Students upto the rank of 90 got chance to get admission on first merit list at Nepal Law Campus.
