6.2 Prosecution of Juvenile Delinquency

The prosecution's juvenile care: the government attorney's specialised sensitivity (the child's counsel-and-parent presence at the statement); the charge-sheet's juvenile form (the social- background annex; the offence's-and-child's separation); the age dispute's resolution (the medical-and-documentary evidence — the prosecution's burden of the child's privilege); the prosecution's discretion — the withdrawal-and-diversion faces for the trivial; and the trial- preparation's protections (the child-witness's handling — the Mahesh Kumar Chaudhary line's lesson that a child's cross-examination cannot be read like an adult's).
